Good Morning, Kincardinites! Welcome to this issue of Kincardine Spotlight – where you can find all of the area’s events delivered right to your inbox!
It’s Friday once again! And with all summer weekends in Kincardine, this one is jam packed with events that you and your family are sure to enjoy. Of course the main one - Lighthouse Blues Festival - promises to entertain residents and visitors of all ages!
Don’t miss the Scottish Pipe Band on Saturday night, and if you listen closely you’ll hear the Phantom Piper piping down the sun every every evening (except Saturdays).
After a busy weekend, you’ll want to head over to Inverhuron Beach for the Sunset Psalms gathering - an informal group reading and discussing the Psalms. What a great way to start the week! (Weather permitting)
Our business sponsor for July Scavenger Hunt is Patz Pizza in Tiverton! As the community’s favourite pizza, we are delighted that they are participating in our newsletter. 🙂 You’ll find more details including this month’s prize in this issue. And for those who haven’t heard of the scavenger hunt yet, here’s how it works:
Each issue will have a trivia question. The answer is located somewhere in the issue. Email your answer to [email protected]. All correct entries will get entered into a draw at the end of the month. Each month a local business will donate a prize. You can enter as many times as you wish. You’ll find more details, the trivia question (and the answer) below….keep reading!
How can we make this newsletter better? What would you like to see more of? Less of? Or something added that we’ve missed? This is YOUR newsletter and we want to make it right! So tell us your thoughts at [email protected]
